Financial Aid

Financial aid is available to graduate students in the form of Stafford Loans. Qualified graduate students are eligible to borrow up to $20,500 in student loans to cover tuition and living expenses:

$8,500 Subsidized Stafford Loans $12,000 Unsubsidized Stafford Loans

Unsubsidized loans are loans that the government does not pay the interest on while a student is enrolled in school. Therefore, the student should plan on making quarterly interest payments.

Students who wish to receive aid must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please remember to enter AIC's code of 002114. In addition, students must be formally accepted into a graduate program and enrolled for 6 credits per semester before financial aid can be awarded to them. Please note that students that are enrolled for at least 6 credits can defer payments on their undergraduate loans.

Moreover, some students in the MBA program receive financial support from their current employer/organization. The support varies in how much of the cost of the program it covers.

Students are encouraged to explore this possibility.

There are many federal and private loan programs available to graduate students. To learn more about financial aid, visit www.aic.edu/financialaid or contact, 413.205.3259.
