The course provides an overview of international business management. The course will explain business and management concepts and practices from an international perspective. It will focus on the multinational enterprise and will take an in-depth analytical look at areas like foreign market selection criteria; marketing and production strategies; forms of business operations and management control style; multinational financing, accounting and taxation; and human resource management. The course will also examine the contemporary issues facing the international business manager today and in the foreseeable future. Course work includes case studies for analysis.
