Professional sales is the primary personal communication tool used by businesses to find, create, and retain customers. The goal of this course is to expose students to the current state-of-the-art sales methods and skills used in business today. Students will learn through active participation and will receive the same type of professional sales training found in top corporations. Topics and methods include need-satisfaction selling, partnering skills, prospecting, SPIN questioning, handling objections, and closing.
