The human resource management program emphasizes the management, acquisition, development, and maintenance of human resources in any organization. The curriculum of this interdisciplinary program prepares you with the knowledge and understanding of human behavior in a work setting required to promote individual satisfaction and productivity.
In this program, you will complete 24 credits of introductory courses in English, Science, the Social Sciences, and the Humanities. You will complete 36 credits in introductory courses in Accounting, Law, Economics, Finance, Management, Management Information Systems, Statistics, and Math. You will finish the program with upper-level courses in Psychology, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Management, Economics, and 24 credits of electives, for a total of 120 credits.
