Application Requirements

Your application package must include the following:

• Completed application (deadline June 1)
• A one-page personal goal statement highlighting your desire to pursue this degree and its benefits to you, both personally and professionally
• Official transcript(s) of all previous academic work
• Three letters of recommendation: professional and/or academic
• $50 application fee
