Your application package must include the following:
- Completed application (deadline June 1)
- A one-page personal goal statement highlighting your desire to pursue this degree and its benefits to you, both personally and professionally
- Official transcript(s) of all previous academic work
- Three letters of recommendation: professional and/or academic
- $50 application fee
