Special Group Visits are designed for groups of 10 or more students under the supervision of someone such as a school counselor or youth program coordinator. We require a minimum of two weeks advance notice for reservation requests and one adult chaperone for every 10 students.
Please email Jenna Stolarik at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a group visit. In the email please include the date and time that you are requesting, the number of students and chaperones that you will be bringing with you, and if you plan on having lunch on campus.
The AIC Dining Commons are open for lunch from 11:45-2:30. During this time lunch can be purchased at a cost of $8.00 per person. This includes all-you-can-eat access to all food and beverages being served.
Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all American International College sponsored events. If you or any of your guests are a person with a disability who requires special assistance during a campus visit, contact the Admission office at 413-205-3201 or email Jenna Stolarik at email@example.com to discuss accommodations.
