Group Visits

Special Group Visits are designed for groups of 10 or more students under the supervision of someone such as a school counselor or youth program coordinator. We require a minimum of two weeks advance notice for reservation requests and one adult chaperone for every 10 students.

Visit Activities Could Include:

  • An AIC Information Session, including information on admission, housing, student life, and financial aid
  • Full campus tour
  • Residence hall tour (for students high-school age and above)
  • Lunch in the dining commons (Please see the meals section below for details)
  • Q&A with current AIC students (limited during summer)

Request a Special Group Visit

Please email Jenna Stolarik at to request a group visit. In the email please include the date and time that you are requesting, the number of students and chaperones that you will be bringing with you, and if you plan on having lunch on campus.


The AIC Dining Commons are open for lunch from 11:45-2:30. During this time lunch can be purchased at a cost of $8.00 per person. This includes all-you-can-eat access to all food and beverages being served.
