It's our mission to provide an exciting and rewarding experience outside of the classroom in which students can gain valuable leadership and life skills. Students are actively involved in the planning and implementation of all activities and events at AIC. If there is an activity that you would like to see or a club or organization that you would like to start or join, stop by the Center for Student Engagement and Leadership Development (located in the lower level of the Campus Center) for more information!
ACOG E-Board Registration
Student organization officers are required to register for their position with the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership Development by completing this form. Officers are required to maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA and remain in good standing with the institution. These requirements will be checked once final grades are posted.
Registration is required each semester for the organization to be eligible for funding and event approval.
Event Request Form
This form is to be used by all recognized student clubs and organizations, the Student Government Association and its entities, and any other users requesting a space within the Schwartz Campus Center.
Please note: an event is not approved or scheduled until a formal event approval is received from a staff member within the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership Development.
Digital Board Display Request
This form should be filled out if any type of advertising is desired on the various digital displays around campus.
Purchase Requisition Form
Download this form and complete it for any financial transaction including: purchase orders, check requests, reserving a Student Purchasing Card, requesting petty cash, reimbursements, and deposits.
Catering Order Form
Download this form and complete it for all ARAMARK catering orders. A Purchase Requisition Form must be completed and turned in with this form.
