Get Help
Three ways to get computer support at AIC
1. Students who live on campus, and faculty and staff, can submit a request to the Help Desk system. A link to this area is also in your FirstClass account. (Just click on "Get Help" and then on the black suitcase icon from your desktop). Use your First Class username and password to login.
2. Come to the walk up Help Desk in the basement of the Shea Library during the following hours:

| Saturday | Closed |
3. If you are not able to come to the Help Desk, you can call during our regular hours at 413-205-3402.
