Get Help

Three ways to get computer support at AIC

1. Submit a ticket in our Help Desk system!

Students who live on campus, and faculty and staff, can submit a request to the Help Desk system. A link to this area is also in your FirstClass account. (Just click on "Get Help" and then on the black suitcase icon from your desktop). Use your CAMS / Active Directory username and password to login.

2. Come to the walk up Help Desk during operating hours either in the basement of the Shea Library or at the Circulation Desk of the Shea Library:

3. If you are not able to come to the Help Desk, you can call during our operating hours at 413-205-3402. The phone will ring at the correct location depending on the hour of the call.
