Forgot Your Password?

AIC implemented Self Service Password Reset system within CAMS. When we replace CAMS with Jenzabar (summer 2014), there will be new links for resetting your password.

Currently your CAMS username and password populate our Active Directory. In the future Jenzabar will populate our Active Directory. Click here for more information about Active Directory.

IF, upon attempting to log into one of these resources, your password is not accepted then please navigate to the applicable Password Reset Page using one of the links provided below.

This process will require you to enter private information in order to cross check against AIC records for your security.

Upon resetting your password you will also be required to select a Security Question to which you will provide an answer only you should know.

Still Having Issues?

CAMS is your Active Directory username and password. It is not necessarily the same as your First Class (email) username and password. If you change your password in CAMS (Active Directory) it does NOT change your password in First Class. If you change your password in First Class it does NOT change your password in CAMS (Active Directory). If you have trouble, stop by the Help Desk or call us at 413.205.3402 or go to our Get Help
