Interlibrary Loan

You can request books, articles, and other items from other libraries through our interlibrary loan service. Interlibrary loan normally takes less than a week, but could take up to two weeks for your item to arrive.

Things to remember about Interlibrary Loan:

We try to submit all requests within 2 business days. AIC does not have dedicated ILL staff, so responses to requests placed in this form may take up to 3 business days
Most requests take less than one week to arrive, but we cannot guarantee or predict an arrival date
We reserve the right to limit the number of requests a patron can make
If you have classes on the Springfield campus, you are expected to come to the library to pick up your materials
The library only communicates using AIC email. We do not respond to requests from other email addresses
