For help with databases or the library in general it is recommended to make an appointment at reference@aic.edu. We are happy to help.

To request help with research from a librarian, please fill out this Reference Request form. We will respond via email or set up an appointment as soon as we can. Please note that our response time to questions has been affected by cuts in staffing, but we will do our best to respond within 48 hours.

For email reference help, please send an email to reference@aic.edu. We normally respond within one business day.

Faculty may bring their classes in for library instruction sessions. To schedule a library instruction session with a reference librarian, please fill out our online Instruction request form. We ask for at least one week's notice for scheduling instruction sessions.
