Breast Cancer Awareness program at AIC

AIC is teaming up with Mercy Hospital to present a Breast Cancer Awareness program. Dr. Steven Schonholz, M.D., FACS, Medical Director of the Breast Care Center at Mercy Medical Center, will talk about the latest research in breast cancer, as well as provide important information on diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Dr. Schonholz will also discuss the importance of breast self-exams and breast cancer risk factors during the "Health Coach" informational lecture
The event will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 17 from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. in the Bradley Room. There will be refreshments, and personnel from Mercy Hospital will be on hand to provide informational flyers and other handouts.
