SPRINGFIELD--The fifth and final Lelas Memorial 10K will be held at Forest Park on Saturday, May 10 at 11:00am.[Image:lelas.jpg]
The annual Lelas Memorial fund has given $24,000 in scholarship aid to deserving student athletes as well as $4,000 to AIC Baseball for needed equipment. Additionally, we have been able to put away enough money to continue the scholarship fund for 3 to 4 more years. So this final event will indeed be an exciting, albeit bittersweet, tribute to the former AIC baseball coach. For more information, email: raceinfo@lelas.org.
Check-In: 8:30 to 10:30 A.M.: Check-in will be located near our tent across from the Grandstand (near the Start/Finish line). Runners/walkers' T-shirts and packets will be available at check-in. Remember to check in even if you will only be attending the cookout.

Start/Finish: Forest Park, Springfield, Massachusetts
Parking: $3.00 entrance fee to drive into Forest Park ( $5 for out-of-state cars ). Inside the park there is a parking lot at Cyr Arena. Or you can park on the side streets along Trafton Road outside the park. (see the course map)
2008 Fees: (Runners/Walkers' Registration fees include the post-race cookout)
Adult Run/Walk - $20.00 ($25.00 after April 19, 2008)
Child under 16 Run/Walk - $5.00
Cookout Only - $8.00
Personal Baggage: Race packets and t-shirts to be picked up prior to the race (see 'Check-In' above). Baggage storage area will be provided during the race.
T-Shirts: T-shirts will be given out prior to the beginning of the race (see 'Check-In' above).
Post-Race Cookout: An abundant assortment of great food will be available to all race participants at the post-race cookout.
