The HRD program at American International College delivers the HRD technology that is key to understanding how to develop this human capital, as well as understanding the role and value of the information resources present in individuals, organizations and communities.

HRD technology provides a functional, research-based system of models, programs and skills related to the development of human resources in any setting. HRD models and skills make it possible to maximize the human contribution while minimizing the investment of other finite resources.
