Welcome to the English Department!
The department offers the major and minor in English. Early consultation with a departmental advisor is recommended especially for students intending to seek admission to graduate studies after graduation from AIC and for those seeking state certification in Secondary Education in English. Students intending to teach English in secondary schools must have two majors (English and Secondary Education) and work with advisors in each field.
