Pre-Law

David C. Kuzmeski, M.S, J.D., Advisor

“Pre-Law” is not a major in itself.  Students aspiring to careers associated with the law will need to select a specific major related to their intended careers.  Criminal Justice, English, History, and Political Science are common choices.  Students should consult with David Kuzmeski, attorney and Criminal Justice professor, who is the college’s pre-law advisor and provides career guidance to students.  In addition, Lawrence L. Habermehl, Chair of the Department of Philosophy, also serves as an advisor for students intending to apply to law school and especially as they prepare for the law school entrance examination.  Students will also work with an advisor in their major.
