Accounting and Taxation (MS)
The MSAT has been created to fill a growing need in business. The ever-growing volume and complexity of tax codes and accounting knowledge has left corporations and organizations in need of highly trained professionals that can guide them profitably through these technical and complex areas.
The MSAT at AIC has been designed to make you highly knowledgeable in the latest developments in both accounting and taxation - unlike most other programs. Armed with this knowledge, you will be superbly equipped to place your firm and yourself on the fast-track.
The MSAT program is designed both for seasoned accountants and those with non-accounting backgrounds. The program is divided into three levels: Foundation Courses, Required Advanced Courses, and Electives.
- The MSAT foundation courses provide a strong accounting and overall business foundation. Those students with undergraduate course work in these areas may be able to waive these courses.
- Required Advanced Courses provide specialized study in accounting and taxation for all the students.
- Electives provide students with the opportunity to pick highly advanced courses to further tailor their expertise to their needs.
