Programs Offered

The Education Department of the School of Psychology & Education offers both a master's program and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (C.A.G.S.), (sixth year level) for licensed teachers. Various specialization areas are offered and include the following:

• School Administration (M.Ed., C.A.G.S.)
• Early Childhood Education (M.Ed., C.A.G.S.)
• Elementary Education (M.Ed., C.A.G.S.)
• Reading (M.Ed., C.A.G.S.)
• Secondary and Middle School Education (M.A.T., M.Ed., M.S.T., C.A.G.S.)
• Special Education (M.Ed., C.A.G.S.)
• Professional Teacher Licensure

Since the selection of courses appropriate to each of these areas of specialization is critical, course selection should be done only with the advice of a college advisor.
