Degree Requirements

MASTER OF SCIENCE IN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY (MSOT)

Students may enter the Program through one of two educational tracks. Undergraduate students enter the Program through Track One (see Academics/Undergraduate/Health Sciences/Occupational Therapy), and graduate students enter the Program through Track Two. This is an accelerated academic Program which is designed to allow students to utilize summer sessions to maximize time to degree completion.

Students who enter the Program with a bachelor's degree in an area other than occupational therapy are expected to complete:


PREREQUISITE PHASE

Graduate students are required to maintain a 3.0 CGPA, and must earn a minimum of a B- in all pre-professional, professional and graduate phase courses, and a Passing grade in fieldwork courses. Failure to meet these requirements will result in academic probation. Once admitted to the Program, students are expected to complete:
