Login Help
Log in Information: Your username is your Student ID number and your initial password your Student ID number as well. Make sure you capitalize the S in your password.
Log in Info:
Username: Is your Student ID number
Password: Is your Student ID number with a capital S
Example:
Username: s0000039942
Password: S0000039942
Note: Once you initially log in, you will be prompted to change your password. Remember to type in your Student ID number with a capital S as the current password.
New Password Requirements: Your new password MUST contain 6-12 letters (A-Z,a-z) and may contain up to 12 additional numbers (0-9) and special characters (!,@,# etc).
Secret Question: You will need to create your own secret question and answer so you can retrieve your password if you forget it. It is best that you choose something that you will remember but is difficult for someone else to guess. Write any question you’d like but just make up nonsense answers so other people won’t know or be able to guess the answers.
Examples: Secret Question & Answer
- Your mothers maiden name? Headphones.
- Your high school mascot? Sarcasm.
- Your favorite pet? TrueBlood.
- The model of your first car? 1XapJyL8.
Note: Make sure you remember your answer and exactly how the answer was typed in originally in order to retrieve your password.
Providing an Email Address for Password Retrieval: You must provide an email address to retrieve your password and you will need to remember what email you used when trying to retrieve your password. People tend to have several personal email accounts and periodically delete some personal email accounts. For that reason, it is best to use your AIC email as your password retrieval email. Please make sure you correctly type in your email address.
Note: If the email you provide is typed incorrectly, you will NOT be able to retrieve your password in the future.
Forgot Your Password? Please use the forgot your username or password link on the Tk20 log in screen. You will need to provide the email address you designated as the confirmation email when you set up your account. Your password will be sent to that email account.

If the email address you entered does not match any email addresses in the Tk20 database, please check the following:
- You mistyped the email address. Please correct any typos and try again.
- Your caps lock is on. Turn off caps lock and try again.
- Try a different email address as you may be trying to enter an email that is different than the one you originally provided.
- If none of the above is working, most likely, the email you originally provided was typed incorrectly and therefore you will NOT be able to retrieve your password. You will need to request a password reset. Email tk20@aic.edu from your AIC email account with your full name, student ID number and a statement requesting a password reset.
