Exciting News: Jenzabar One (J1) is almost here:

AIC has been working on implementing Jenzabar One (J1), our new student, advising, housing, and finance systems, over the past 18 months, and we will be going live in the new system between March 5th and March 14th. Implementing J1 will modernize core campus functions, create better efficiencies, and streamline key processes for the entire campus community.

Jenzabar One (J1) Update: Systems are being brought up!

We are in the process of gradually bringing offices back online in the new Jenzabar One (J1) system. As part of the process, we will be updating the new myAIC portal. This portal will be the last system to go-live.

While we are bringing offices online, temporary office hours for the offices below will continue for an added week in order to operationalize offices and build out the new portal:

  • Student Accounts
  • Registrar
  • Finance
  • Financial Aid

Open from 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM until Monday, March 24th.
Advising Offices are open and ready to assist students in preparing for fall registration.  Be sure to schedule your appointments now.

Who is involved with the project?

Our administrative departments have spent countless hours over the past 18 months learning how J1 functions and mapping our current data into the new J1 system. Over the next few months, we are excited to share more as we roll out the system and improve the look and feel for students and employees. If you see any of our module managers, please thank them for their continued hard work.

What is the implementation timeline?

Work on J1 began in July of 2022, with Go Live currently scheduled for March of 2025.

When is Go Live and what does it mean?

The Go Live process for Jenzabar One (J1) will take place from Wednesday, February 19th to Friday, March 14th. Here’s what you need to know:

  • System Access During This Time
    • myAIC, CX, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Budget systems will be available in read-only mode during the migration.
    • You will be able to view information but won’t be able to make changes or updates.
  • What Happens During Go Live?
    • The new systems will be brought online, tested, and finalized to ensure everything works smoothly.
    • Teams will make adjustments as needed to prepare the systems for full functionality.
  • Updates and Announcements
    • From March 10th through March 21st, you will receive regular updates on the availability of systems and their features.
    • Check for regular announcements to stay informed about the new system’s progress and readiness.

What services are available during Go Live?

While the team works to bring Jenzabar One (J1) online, the current systems, CX and myAIC, will remain in “read-only” mode. Here’s what that means:

  • Access to Information
    • Students, faculty, and staff will still be able to view pages and find information on both systems.
    • However, no updates or changes can be made during this period.
  • Support During Go Live

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we upgrade to a more efficient and user-friendly system!
