The Student Success Advising Department at AIC is dedicated to helping students create meaningful academic plans and work toward their life and career goals. Our team includes an Executive Director of Student Success, full-time Student Success Coaches, and Graduate Assistants, all focused on supporting students throughout their undergraduate journey.
Our Success Coaches work closely with students from their first year through their senior year, building a collaborative and mentoring relationship to support their academic success. AIC follows a comprehensive advising model, with Student Success Coaches guiding students at every stage of their undergraduate experience.

From start to finish
In the junior and senior years, students continue to work with Student Success Coaches while also benefiting from mentorship provided by Faculty Advisors, who support their academic and professional development as they prepare for graduation.

For students on academic probation, coaches provide personalized guidance through an Academic Improvement Plan (AIP), creating actionable steps to enhance academic performance and support a successful semester.
