Why Earn an MBA Degree from AIC?

In the 1950s, changes in Western Massachusetts’ economy sparked demand for executive education that kept professionals in the field. American International College developed our Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in response, quickly shaking up our region with a first-of-its-kind evening format.

As industries, technologies, and responsibilities evolve, so has AIC’s MBA degree. Today, our flexible program combines managerial leadership with analytical fluency, preparing graduates to lead with confidence in finance, marketing, operations, human resources, and organizational strategy. Rather than treating analytics as a standalone specialization, the program embeds data-informed thinking throughout the MBA experience.

Across all business functions, decisions are now increasingly driven by analytics, forecasting, and real-time data. Employers expect MBA graduates to possess strong analytical competencies alongside leadership and strategic skills. Embedding analytics across core MBA courses ensures graduates are prepared for data-rich organizational environments.
