Deadlines

While most of our graduate programs use rolling admissions, the MSOT and DPT list specific deadlines for application submissions. For a smoother visa process, we also advise international candidates to send their materials before:

Fall start term (August): July 15
Spring start term (January): November 15
Summer start term (May): April 15

Transcripts and Other Materials

Please send transcripts for all colleges and universities attended to date, as well as any post-submission documentation, to:

Wait for a Decision

AIC welcomes students into our graduate programs throughout the year. In general, we’ll issue a decision within two to four weeks of receiving your application.

To check your status in the meantime, contact your admissions counselor directly or the Office of Graduate Admissions by emailing graduate.admissions@aic.edu or calling 413-205-3700.

Deposit and Orientation

Congratulations—you’re on your way to becoming a Yellow Jacket! Once your acceptance letter arrives, make a deposit to save your spot, apply for financial aid, and register for orientation.
