Brian Durocher, the heart, and soul of Boston University women’s hockey since the inception of the Division I program, has recently retired. Fresh off graduation, Durocher used this natural talent behind the bench as an assistant coach at American International College from 1978-80.

The Rapid City Rush, a proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Calgary Flames announced that the team has signed rookie forward Blake Bennett. Bennett recently completed his senior season at American International College, where he scored 22 goals to go with 13 assists during the 2022-23 campaign. He has led AIC in goals and points in each of the last two seasons.
