When is the tournament?

  • Time: Registration opens at 8:30 AM, Shotgun starts at 10:00 AM

Where is the tournament held?

Location:East Mountain Country Club
1458 E Mountain Rd, Westfield, MA 01085

How much does it cost to participate?

  • Individual Golfer: $150
  • Foursome: $600

What’s included with my entry fee?

  • 18 holes of golf
  • Golf cart rental
  • Complimentary tote bag and gift
  • Lunch and dinner
  • Non-alcoholic beverages (water, soda, fruit)
    Note: Additional beverages will be available for purchase on the course (via one stationary beverage stand), during dinner, and at the clubhouse bar.

Can my company sponsor the tournament?

Yes! We’re excited to offer a range of sponsorship opportunities this year. Premier, Gold, and Silver Level Sponsorships available. Contact Brian Schwarz at 413.654.1426 or email brian.schwarz@aic.edu to discuss your options.

Can I sponsor a tee or green like in previous years?

Yes! Returning sponsors can still participate at the $100 rate, and new sponsors are welcome at $150.

What should I bring?

In addition to your golf gear (clubs, golf balls, tees, golf shoes or sneakers), don’t forget your hat, sunscreen, money for extra beverages, money for raffles, and extra golf balls.

Will there be a beverage cart on the course?

There will be no roaming beverage carts on the course. A stationary beverage stand will be available in the middle of the course throughout the day.
Beverages may also be available for purchase at the bar inside the clubhouse.

What is served for lunch?

What is served for dinner?

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Yes, 3pm – 4pm – inside the clubhouse – cash bar

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No outside alcohol allowed on the course or inside the clubhouse

Is there handicap parking available?

Yes, there are a few handicap spots available near the clubhouse
