Faculty Panel Discussion on Medical and Treatment Aspects of Opioid Abuse

Please come hear our experts talk about medical and treatment aspects of the current opioid abuse crisis in the United States. Prof. Fred Hooven (Public Health) will moderate the discussion, which will feature Prof. Destinee Chambers (Psychology), Campus Chaplin Fr. John McDonagh, Director of AIC’s Health Services Mary Paquette, Prof. Allison Sullivan (Occupational Therapy),and Hannah Sullivan from the Behavioral Health Network in Springfield. “Advocates, Issues, and Community” is an interdisciplinary series sponsored by the AIC Faculty. Each year it will provide the campus community insights from the faculty and their guests about an issue of national or international interest.
