Please join us for “Rethinking the Black Freedom Movement” presented by Dr. Yohuru Williams, Dean and McQuinn Distinguished Chair of the College of Arts and Sciences, University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis-St. Paul, February 12, 2019, in the West Wing Gallery of the Karen Sprague Cultural Arts Center. Dr. Williams is the author and co-author of several books and numerous articles on the civil rights and black power movements, including “The Black Panthers: Portraits from an Unfinished Revolution” (Nation Books, 2016). As always bring a crowd!
