Biography

Jenna Gray is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at American International College, where she teaches a range of undergraduate courses including Introduction to Psychology, Statistics, and Developmental Psychology. She also serves as the faculty advisor for Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. Her academic background and professional interests center on behavior analysis, developmental psychology, and interdisciplinary approaches to psychological science. Jenna is passionate about creating inclusive and supportive learning environments and is especially committed to working with first-generation and diverse student populations.

Jenna holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and is ABD in Behavior Analysis at Western New England University. Her research interests include the use of social referencing in novel contexts, assessment tools for behavior analysis in human services, and promoting cultural competence in applied settings. She has presented her work at regional conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes.

In addition to her work at AIC, Jenna has taught at institutions such as Purdue University Global, Goodwin University, and Eastern Connecticut State University. Her earlier experience as a behavioral therapist and research assistant informs her applied and research-based teaching approach.

She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and an active member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International and the Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy. Jenna enjoys mentoring students, developing engaging coursework, and fostering skills that are transferable to both graduate study and the workplace.
