Athletics announces the addition of men’s volleyball for 2021–2022 season

American International College announced the addition of men’s volleyball to the athletic department for fall 2021. The program will follow most of AIC’s other sports, competing as a Division II program. This is especially exciting news as there are few volleyball programs in the area.

Matthew Cribbin, who successfully coached AIC women’s volleyball for eight years and has made it one of the premiere programs in New England, has been promoted to director of volleyball and will oversee both men’s and women’s volleyball programs.

Hector Jose Reyes will be joining the Yellow Jackets as the inaugural men’s volleyball coach. Head Coach Reyes joins the College after spending the past four seasons at Iowa State University as the technical coordinator for player development. His experience with professional, national teams and NCAA volleyball make him the ideal candidate to fulfill the vision for AIC volleyball.
