According to BusinessWest magazine, while the cost of college has risen over the past two decades, the net cost – what students actually pay – has gone down a bit. That is largely due to the abundance of resources families can access to help bring down costs. Putting the pieces together takes some effort, self-education, and patience, but many families agree that the end result – a degree – is worth the journey.
