With the political season full steam ahead and less than 50 days to go before the presidential election, Associate Professor of Political Science Julie Walsh was recently asked to share her opinion on the need for greater transparency on the part of the presidential candidates particularly in relation to their health.
“It’s not necessarily that voters need to know every little thing about their medical past, but voters need to know the state of their health. They’re going to be assuming an office that is high energy, and very demanding,” Professor Walsh said.
