13th Annual President’s Cup Golf Outing

Registration is Now Closed

Thank you to all our golfers that have registered for this year’s tournament. If you are still interested in registering or have any questions, please call our office at 413.205.3520 or email us at alumni@aic.edu by 3 PM on Thursday, June 17. Our office will be closed on the day of the tournament to assist at the event.

President’s Cup Tournament Overview

Wintonbury Hills Golf Course, 206 Terry Plains Road, Bloomfield, CT.

Given recent modifications to some COVID-19 restrictions, the tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. and will feature a four-person scramble format and a closest to the pin, longest drive, and putting contests.

Golfer check-in and a continental breakfast will be available starting at 8:30 a.m. A barbeque lunch will be served and an awards dinner at the conclusion of the tournament will round out the day. Refreshments will be available from the two beverage carts throughout the tournament.

All tournament, contest, silent auction, and raffle prize winners will be announced during the awards dinner!

President’s Cup Tournament Health and Safety Guidelines

Subject to change based on prevailing protocols. Updates will be provided closer to tournament day.

The Wintonbury Hills Golf Course will continue to follow current COVID-19 guidelines. When outside, masks are optional and only those individuals not yet fully vaccinated will have to wear a mask while indoors. Fully vaccinated guests will not be required to wear masks but may choose to do so. While dining, guests will be called up by table and are asked not to stand in large groups. The Golf Shop, The Tap Inn restaurant, and restrooms will be open.

President’s Cup Tournament Cancellation

Should the President’s Cup Golf Outing be canceled due to changes in COVID-19 health and safety protocols, refunds will be offered, or registration fees may be donated to the AIC Scholarship Program.  Any requests for refunds must be made no later than Thursday, July 1. For golfers not requesting their refunds after July 1, registration fees will be contributed to the AIC Scholarship Program.

If inclement weather necessitates a cancellation of the President’s Cup, we will notify you 48 hours
in advance with an update and information on the new date.
