  • Marketing consultant for numerous clients. My projects have included conducting marketing research, developing marketing plans, creating and launching direct marketing campaigns, building and maintaining web sites, and working in marketing analytics.

Academically, I have published articles in scholarly publications such as the Journal of Consumer Psychology, Decision Sciences, and Advances in Consumer Research. I have also been published in industry periodicals such as Business Facilities, Ward’s Automotive Weekly, and the Economic Journal of Canada and other periodicals and newspapers as the lead researcher in AIC’s Bureau of Business Research.

My most current academic project, co-authored with Marshall Epstein, my fellow marketing professor, Marshall Epstein, was the case study called Rosedale Farms and Vineyard: Family Farm at the Crossroads.  It was presented at the Clute International Conference in Business in 2019.  We won a Presentation Award in Marketing and the case was accepted for publication by Clute in the conference’s proceedings.

I hold a BA in English from Wesleyan University and an MBA from University Massachusetts-Lowell. I have completed additional graduate work in marketing at the University of Connecticut (ABD), where I also taught both undergraduate and MBA marketing classes.
