Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT)
The Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) program at American International College prepares students for general practice in the occupational therapy profession, synthesizing the art of caring with the science of sound research in a hands-on setting. You will learn to design interventions and adapt environments that enable individuals to participate in daily activities at home, school, work, and play. In addition to academic coursework, our occupational therapy students are required to successfully complete fieldwork experiences to effectively apply knowledge within the environmental contexts of therapeutic practice. Students participate in course-related fieldwork experiences beginning in the professional foundation phase and continuing throughout the final year in the program.
