President discretionary days change annually based on calendar holidays.
Effective July 1, 2020, employees will no longer receive a floating holiday in lieu of Good Friday. Employees will receive an additional holiday during the year. For 2022-2023, this holiday will be a president discretionary day recognized on July 1.
