Completely renovated in 2015, AIC’s state-of-the-art Dining Commons offers a contemporary and dynamic dining experience with a variety of seating and of dining options. With an emphasis on fresh products and healthy choices, the facility includes several food stations, including a wood-fired pizza oven and Mongolian grill, presented in an open setting.
The Esther B. Griswold Theatre for the Performing Arts is a state-of-the-art performance and rehearsal space that is fully wheelchair accessible and air conditioned, and is equipped with a proscenium stage, computerized lighting and sound equipment, and quality acoustics. Whether being used for large-scale business meetings, musical performances, dance recitals, lectures, or trainings, the Griswold Theatre is one of the premier event stages in the area.
Adjacent to the Griswold Theatre is the West Wing Gallery located in the Karen Sprague Cultural Arts Center, a space devoted to the visual and literary arts.
The Center’s unique rectangular shape and vaulted skylights make it perfect for exhibitions, speaking engagements, and catered events, and its proximity to the Griswold Theatre makes the combined space one of the most versatile and expansive event accommodations in the Springfield area.

Located in the lower level of AIC’s Dining Commons, the newly renovated Stinger Pub is the campus’ premier bar and restaurant venue.
It offers a wide variety of domestic and imported beers, wines, and nonalcoholic beverages, as well as a selection of pub favorites, including pizza, wings, nachos, pretzels, veggie plate with ranch, and hummus & pita chips.

From speaking engagements to award ceremonies to exercise classes, the Schwartz Campus Center Auditorium is one of the most versatile locations on campus.
The Courniotes Amphitheater is located on the first floor of Courniotes Hall, the heart of AIC’s health sciences studies. Designed with classic theater-style seating for up to 120 people, it’s the campus’ premier setting for conference sessions, discussions, facilitated meetings, lectures, and seminars.
Newly renovated in 2012, the Breck Hall of Science has three first-floor classrooms (Breck 107, 108, and 109) with theater-style seating, Internet connectivity, and 70-inch Internet-equipped display boards, as well as space and amenities for a range of laboratory equipment—perfect spaces for lectures or demonstrations that require biology, physics and chemistry equipment.
