Mission

The Registrar’s Office at American International College supports the teaching and learning of our community by actively engaging in the stewardship of the academic records, facilitating key academic processes of student-centric class scheduling, maintaining the catalog, and supporting all graduation-related processes. Further, the office actively engages with our constituents to ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance-related information and provides excellent service in support of our diverse student population’s need for transcripts, enrollment, and degree verification.

At the Registrar’s Office, we are happy to assist you with any of the following:

  • Ordering/tracking transcripts
  • Degree/enrollment verifications
  • Certification of Veteran’s benefits
  • Questions regarding Degree Audit
  • Transferring Credit
  • Adding/dropping courses
  • Applying for graduation and obtaining your diploma
  • General questions about academic policies, procedures, and classes.

Forms & Services

Many of the Registrar’s services can be activated by filling out one of the following forms. Download the applicable form, print it out, fill in all the required information, and drop it off or send it to the Registrar’s Office. Please note that some of the forms require signatures from advisors, department chairs, or deans.

Official AIC transcripts are ordered online through the National Student Clearinghouse. Note that no transcripts will be issued during the periods of Commencement, course registration, examination, or until all financial obligations to the college are fulfilled. Some users may be asked to fax an authorization of release with their signature to the National Student Clearinghouse.

No transcripts will be issued until all financial obligations to the college are fulfilled.

Payments can be made by credit card or debit card. You will not be charged if there is a Student Accounts hold on your account.

  • Transcripts sent via USPS are $10 each plus a non- refundable $2.50 processing fee. Once your transcript request is processed, your transcript will be mailed within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery by the United States Postal Service.
  • Electronic Transcripts are $10 each plus a $2.50 non-refundable processing fee and $1.00 non-refundable secure order fee. Once your electronic transcript request is processed, your transcript may be uploaded within 24-48 hours. All Transcript requests made after 8:00 am will not be processed until the following Business Day.
  • Current students can download an Unofficial Transcript anytime from their My.AIC.edu student Portal

Ordering online is for Official Transcripts only. For unofficial transcripts, current students can download an unofficial transcript from their My.AIC.edu student portal. If you are not a current student, you will need to order an official transcript.

Academic Regulations

AIC’s undergraduate and graduate academic regulations cover all academic policies and procedures such as credit and grading systems, academic integrity policies, graduation requirements, the course registration process and more.

Early College Program FAQ

The Early College Program gives current high school juniors and seniors from the South Hadley and Springfield School Districts the opportunity to take AIC college-level courses for college credits. Early College students can take one course per AIC semester for a total of 4 possible courses. To learn more click the link above.

Re-Enrollment

Reenrollment at AIC is available to former undergraduate and graduate students who have been away from study at AIC for less than 4 consecutive terms Click here for more information.
