The Registrar’s Office at American International College supports the teaching and learning of our community by actively engaging in the stewardship of the academic records, facilitating key academic processes of student-centric class scheduling, maintaining the catalog, and supporting all graduation-related processes. Further, the office actively engages with our constituents to ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance-related information and provides excellent service in support of our diverse student population’s need for transcripts, enrollment, and degree verification.


At the Registrar’s Office, we are happy to assist you with any of the following:

  • Ordering/tracking transcripts
  • Degree/enrollment verifications
  • Certification of Veteran’s benefits
  • Questions regarding Degree Audit
  • Transferring Credit
  • Adding/dropping courses
  • Applying for graduation and obtaining your diploma
  • General questions about academic policies, procedures, and classes.

Forms & Services

Many of the Registrar’s services can be activated by filling out one of the following forms. Download the applicable form, print it out, fill in all the required information, and drop it off or send it to the Registrar’s Office. Please note that some of the forms require signatures from advisors, department chairs, or deans.

Official Transcript Requests
Official AIC transcripts are ordered online through the National Student Clearinghouse. Note that no transcripts will be issued during the periods of Commencement, course registration, examination, or until all financial obligations to the college are fulfilled. Official transcript requests may take up to (5) business days to process. Some users may be asked to fax an authorization of release with their signature to the National Student Clearinghouse. No transcripts will be issued until all financial obligations to the college are fulfilled. Payments can be made by Credit Card or Debit Card. You will not be charged if there is a Student Accounts hold on your account.

Effective September 30, 2019 the transcript processing fee will increase to $2.50

  • Transcripts are $10 each plus a non-refundable processing fee. Once your transcript request is processed, your transcript will be mailed within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery by the United States Postal Service.
  • Hold for Pick up – Once your transcript request is received, your transcript will be available for pickup at the Registrar’s Office, located in Lee Hall, first floor. Our office hours are 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday. You will receive an email 3-5 days after the initial order of notification that your transcript is ready for pick up. All transcripts must be picked up within 30 days of the initial order or transcript will be destroyed and a new request and payment will be required.
  • Domestic Overnight transcripts are $50 plus a  non-refundable processing fee. Domestic overnight transcript requests must be placed before 10:00 a.m. EST. Your transcript will be mailed via USPS express and will be sent out overnight via USPS. The Overnight order MUST be placed before 10:00 a.m. EST.
  • International transcripts are $100 U.S. dollars plus a non-refundable processing fee. Once your transcript request is processed, your transcript will be sent within 3-5 business days via Federal Express.
  • Processing Fee per order $2.50

Ordering online is for Official Transcripts only. For unofficial transcripts, current students can download an unofficial transcript from their student portal. If you have any questions about the forms, need help filling one out, or aren’t sure which form is the right form, feel free to contact us.

Academic Regulations

Early College Program FAQ

The Early College Program gives current high school juniors and seniors from the South Hadley and Springfield School Districts the opportunity to take AIC college-level courses for college credits. Early College students can take one course per AIC semester for a total of 4 possible courses. To learn more click the link above.
