The School of Health Sciences at American International College, in partnership with Global Clinical Education LLC, is proud to offer a unique service-learning opportunity that will send students to Morocco for a nine-day clinical and cultural experience. Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, and Public Health students will spend ten days in Morocco, gaining hands-on clinical experience while immersing themselves in a foreign culture.
Led by Associate Professor of Occupational Therapy Said Nafai, OTD, OTR/L, CLT, students in this program will work with industry professionals to provide care to children and families while engaging in a number of unique and fun cultural experiences. The trip will see students volunteering in nine cities throughout Morocco, including Casablanca, Rabat, and the Blue City of Chefchaouen.
