Students like Saniya embody AIC’s core values. She works with other students on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives to maintain our campus’ tight-knit community.
Swastik, like a lot of our students, is the first person in his family to go to college. At AIC, he has found an environment where he thrives with plenty of room to grow as a scholar and as a person.
“International” is literally AIC’s middle name. Grace is one of our many students who traveled thousands of miles away from her home country to begin her journey at AIC.
Nearly half of all undergraduates here are student-athletes who win conference and national championships. Brandon isn’t just a two-year captain of our baseball team: he’s a good sport who gives back to the community alongside our Yellow Jackets.
AIC’s School of Health Sciences gives students the hands-on approach to learning that aspiring medical professionals seek in state-of-the-art laboratories. Students like Janelis who were once alumni return to AIC to earn their advanced degrees and take the next step in their career.
Each program in our School of Business, Arts, and Sciences teaches students all the necessary tools they need to succeed in life beyond the classroom, like critical thinking and problem-solving skills. If you come here, you belong here. Our student-run clubs and organizations have something for everyone—and if you want to make your own, you can. Sha’Don leads a few organizations on campus, including AIC’s longstanding Persons Ready in Defense of Ebony (P.R.I.D.E.) organization.
There are tons of fun events and activities that bring students together to bond as a community. The residence halls, run by people like Arianna, are where AIC students really get to know each other and make the college feel like home.
