The program is designed for recent college graduates, current business professionals and experienced, mid-career managers who seek a graduate business degree to advance their careers.
The MBA Program at AIC is a structured, 12 course, 36 credit program that operates on a cohort-based model. Students enter the program as a group or cohort in August or February and will attend classes with the same group of students until they graduate from the program. This fosters a close, team-based working relationship between the students within each cohort.
Students take one course at a time, meeting two evenings per week for seven weeks for each course in the program allowing students to fully immerse themselves in the course subject matter. Continuing this process, our students complete the AIC MBA program in less than two years. The culmination of the program is the MBA Capstone where students pull together the knowledge gained in the AIC MBA program by creating a comprehensive business plan to start their own business.
