Carolyn Wallace, Ed.D.

Associate Dean, Doctoral Advisor

Dr. Wallace joined American International College as Associate Dean and adjunct professor in 2023. She graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA with her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership with a focus on leadership, followership, and culture. She also earned her M.Ed. and CAGS focusing on leadership and curriculum. Dr. Wallace spent 30 years as an elementary educator and leader in elementary schools in a variety of districts across Central and Western Massachusetts. Her work in the PreK-12 space focused on supporting students and staff in schools impacted by trauma, poverty, and the underfunding of resources.
