Lights Out! Men’s rugby clinches second straight ECRC title

What do Washington State, Washington DC, Florida, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Virginia, Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado, New York, Georgia, and Massachusetts have in common? How about when you add in Liverpool, England and Modena, Italy? They all have students who play for AIC’s men’s winning rugby team!

AIC’s Division I team finished the regular season undefeated at 9-0 and 8-0 in the ECRC. Said head coach Josh Macy, “The guys played lights out. At this point it validates the hard work they’ve put in all year.”

The team will end their fall ‘15 season as they travel to the ACRC Bowl Series on Saturday, November 21 to face Clemson.
