AIC faculty member John Rogers shares expertise in the classroom

The millionaire tax would result in any Massachusetts residents that have an income of over $1 million to be taxed an additional 4%. AIC professor of economics, and frequently called upon faculty expert for the media, John Rogers told WWLP–22News there’s no way to know for sure how that extra money will be spent and unintended consequences of the measure.
