New Developments

An architectural rendering of the future 1020 State Street building

MassDevelopment has provided $10.5 million in tax-exempt bond financing for two construction projects including a $7.5 million building for AIC’s new School of Health Sciences building located at 1020 State Street. The bond will also finance $2.5 million for a graduate student residence hall at the corner of Acorn and Cortland streets near the athletic complex.
