American International College has partnered with PayMyTuition for international tuition payments. With PayMyTuition, you can pay your tuition from any bank, in any country, in any currency—often at better-than-bank exchange rates. PayMyTuition is fast, simple, and cost-effective.

Make college more affordable by paying tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your balance into manageable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are low, and it’s easy to enroll!

Cost

• $25 enrollment fee per semester (ACH and credit card) for monthly payment plans
• $10 returned payment fee for failed transactions

Monthly Payment Plan Enrollment Dates*:

• Payment due dates are the 10^th or 20^th of each month
• Flexible Enrollment: Plans are available for enrollment throughout most of the semester. Payments are made on the months remaining in the plan at the time you enroll.
• Allows you to make scheduled payments during the semester

Fall 2026: Typically opens June 1

• Plan #1: July to December (may enroll through October 20th)
• Plan #2: August to January (may enroll through November 20^th)

Spring 2026: Typically open on December 1st

• Plan #1: January to June (may enroll through April 20th)
• Plan #2: February to July (May enroll through May 20th)

Summer 2026: Typically open on April 1^st

• Plan #1 (only plan): May to September (may enroll through August 20^th)

*Notations:

• Students must log in to the Student Financial Gateway and add parents, guardians, spouses, or others as authorized users before they can access the Authorized Party Financial Gateway
• Overlapping Plans: It is possible to enroll in plans where payment months overlap (most likely with summer plans). If plans overlap, you will have a payment for each plan withdrawn from your account for each of the overlapping months
• Each plan is available for a payment due date of the10th or the 20^th of the month. Each plan is listed twice on the Financial Gateway- one option will be for the 10^th of the month as a payment due date and the other option will be for the 20^th.
