How can I pay my deposit?
- We accept cash, check, or credit card for the deposit. This can be paid online using the link above, over the phone at 413.205.3201, in person at our office, or by mailing your deposit to us with the Tuition Deposit Form located in your acceptance packet.
How much is my deposit?
Enrollment Deposit fees can vary depending on how you are intending to take classes at AIC. Please review the amounts below:
- Traditional Undergraduate First-Year Enrollment Deposit: $200
- Traditional Undergraduate Transfer Enrollment Deposit: $200
- Degree Completion Online Enrollment Deposit: $100
Is the deposit binding?
- The deposit is not a legally binding exchange, and it does not make you financially responsible to AIC for tuition and fees. However, AIC’s deposit is non-refundable. This means your deposit amount will not be refunded if your enrollment plans change.
Are there payment plans available for the deposit?
- AIC does not currently accept payment plans for your enrollment deposit. If you have questions or concerns about paying your enrollment deposit, please reach out to our Admissions office at (413) 205-3201 or admissions@aic.edu
