The Help Desk is the first level of technology support at AIC. All student, faculty, and staff help requests can be directed to the Help Desk by a web request, phone call, or a visit to our office. We will make every attempt to resolve help requests at this first level of support. In the event that your request needs to be escalated, we will convey the necessary information to the appropriate technician for resolution.
Help Logging into any system: The Help Desk can assist with any username or password issue you are having on any AIC system (email, MyAIC, CAMS, Blackboard etc.). We recognize that we are in transition to having the same sign on for all systems and it can create confusion. Contact the Help Desk (information below) to get assistance getting into systems.
Login to the Help Desk system. Use your MyAIC / Active Directory username and password to login.
Visit the Help Desk during operating hours, either in the basement of the Shea Library or at the Circulation Desk of the Shea Library:

If you are not able to come to the Help Desk, you can call during our operating hours at 413.205.3402. The phone will ring at the correct location depending on the hour of the call.
